HITS supports several preprinted and plain paper formats.  Below are thumbnail pictures of the formats offered.  To view a format, double click on an image.

NOTE: Some of the formats below are specifically for use with dot matrix printers that are IBM ProPrinter II compatible.  Other formats are specifically for use with most HP laser printers.  Be sure to choose a format that is available for the type of printer you are using.

NOTE: The scan quality of the plain paper invoice formats are far below that of an actual printed plain paper invoice.  Plain paper invoices, especially when combined with preprinted company letterhead, can make for a very attractive invoice.

TIP: The company name and address information on all invoice formats can be set to print as text from the software or can be turned off.  If you are using a preprinted form and have multiple locations, you may want to have the software print part or all of your company address information.  Also, a number of dealers use letterhead printed on either tractor fed paper or single sheets with one of the plain paper formats.  This approach can make for a very attractive, economical, and versatile invoice.
