Andreoli & Associates has been serving the needs of the tire and auto service industry for more than 19 years. In fact, at the end of 2005, we will have completed 20 years of providing software, systems, and services. We currently serve more than 1,000 dealers in more than 40 states (including Hawaii). Our flagship products include point-of-sale and e-commerce software for dealerships working in all sectors of the industry; retail, commercial, and wholesale. New products and enhancements under development continue our focus on improving productivity and profitability. In the area of services,we pioneered the use of key chain I.D. tags in dealerships which is best maximized with our point-of-sale software. However, even if you use someone else's software or even if you have no computer at all, there are many benefits for both you and customers by utilizing key chain I.D. tags. In early 2001 we began offering application hosting services for our point-of-sale products. Working with one of the nation's largest hosting service firms, our customers can now run their point-of-sale software and data entirely across the Internet using our field proven technology. In fact, we now have customers who use our application hosting services in the 40+ states for which we have clients. That's a resounding endorsement of the value of our application hosting service and our clients' confidence in us to manage and maintain their programs and data. In 2005 we began applying our expertise to hosting non-HITS® DOS based business software. Using our expertise and state-of-the-art servers, we can now eliminate virtually all of the problems of running older software on the very latest versions of Windows. In the area of support, we strive to maintain the fastest call back times for the lowest possible annual fees. Currently, there are very few times that our initial contact time exceeds 2 business hours. When it does, it can normally be attributed to: 1) Number of staff out of the office, 2) Requesting a specific person, 3) Time difference between the client and us. 4) Client asking for a delayed contact time. Equally important, more than 75% of the calls we received for support are resolved on the intial call. For those clients that need even faster response time, we offer ISR (Immediate Support Response) for an optional fee. With ISR, if any technician is available, the call is taken immediately. Even if all technicians are handling other calls, the ISR client then becomes the next call return (with the exception of emergencies). At A&A, we believe that software is only as good as the people who stand behind it and support it.
